Tony Razon is the Chairman and CEO of VFP Business Support Services, Inc.. He has a vast experience and leadership in the BPO industry since 2007. Prior to joining VFP BSSI, he was Vice President - Operations Manager of First Capital's subsidiary in Manila. Mr. Razon has over 25 years of significant U.S. asset-based lending and factoring experience at Heller Financial Corporation, Congress Financial Corporation, Fleet Capital and Capital Business Credit based in Los Angeles, California.

Queen joined us on February 2021. As a CPA, Certified Management Accountant and Certified Financial Consultant, Queen brings to our organization a wealth of experience in the field of internal audit, treasury, finance, accounting and portfolio management. Her extensive career began in July 2006 as an Audit Manager of a top commercial bank followed by a significant position with San Miguel Holdings Corporation as Financial Accountant reporting to the office of the President, Treasury and Finance Departments. Queen graduated in 2005 from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.

Don has more than 30 years of diversified leadership experience in general management, business development, strategic planning and corporate directorship. He has a proven track record throughout the Asia Pacific region. In addition, Mr. Felbaum has lived and worked in Manila, Philippines for over 30 years. He currently sits as a board director of the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (AMCHAM), adviser to the Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC) and member of other esteemed boards.

Romy is a CPA and has more than 40 years of significant experience in State and Federal Taxation (he was admitted as an Enrolled Agent with the IRS), Auditing, and several advisory roles in public accounting. He was a Senior Tax Auditor with the California Equalization Board for over 20 years. In 1977, Romy was admitted to practice Accounting as a Certified Public Accountant in the states of California and Maryland. He was also a former Advisor to the CA Board of Equalization/Franchise Tax Appeals and a CA Licensed Real Estate broker.

Jesse is an Enrolled Agent admitted to practice before the IRS and works in the area of audit practice, examinations, and tax research. He is a former Agent with the Large and Mid-Size Business Division (LMSB) of the United States Internal Revenue Service. He has over 30 years’ of meaningful experience with complex audit functions and audit examinations. He has been preparing US tax returns and a tax consultant since retiring from the IRS. He has expert knowledge and practical experience with Internal Revenue code, regulations, rulings and practices. He is also a former State Tax Auditor for the State of Iowa. During his career, he has mentored and instructed new Internal Revenue Agents in areas of examination, audit techniques, and identification issues including interview skills and legal issues. He is a former United States Army veteran.

Ron has joined VFP in 2017 as SVP of Business Development. He has 25 years of exceptional experience in all aspects of Factoring, mainly with Credit and Operations at Heller Financial Inc. and CIT Commercial Services in Los Angeles, California. More recently, Ron has worked as a Credit Manager in one of the largest premium denim manufacturers in California. Ron has completed the Credit and Financial Management program at UCLA.

Sabir has more than 35 years of diversified ABL Portfolio Management / Loan Administration / Credit Underwriting and ABL Software Implementation experience with Multinational Banks (Lloyds Bank / Sumitomo Bank / Daiwa Bank / Chase Bank / Regions Bank and Private Equity) in the USA and Brazil. His experience includes managing small ticket financing, private equity debt funds to middle market asset based lending platforms. Sabir graduated MBA from the McGill University, Montreal, Canada. He also holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering.
